<news1><![CDATA[LG Electronics is launching its large-capacity commercial laundry appliance, ‘LG Professional,’ and strengthening its strategy to target the global B2B laundry market.

LG Professional consists of a total of six models, including 30-, 25-, and 20kg washing machines, 30- and 25kg dryers, and washer-dryer combos.

LG Electronics will sequentially launch the product in major markets, including Asia and North America, starting with Europe this month. The company is targeting B2B customers with a demand for large-capacity laundry, such as hotels, hospitals, and nursing facilities.

LG Electronics explained that demand for commercial laundry appliances is increasing in Europe, where the tourism and silver industries are well-developed.

LG Professional is characterized by AI analyzing the weight of the laundry to adjust water usage and drying conditions. The company explains that this allows for reduced washing and drying times, as well as water and electricity consumption.

The washing machine features a high-speed spin function of up to 1100 rpm, which reduces residual moisture after washing and shortens drying time.
